Do you have a real estate project and need a bank loan to finance it? For your file to seduce the banks and allow you to obtain the best interest rate and the best guarantees, you will have to be reassured about your situation and your ability to repay this loan. The less the bank will have the feeling of taking a risk to follow you, the more will be inclined to grant you its most favorable conditions.
The first challenge is to demonstrate the stability of your professional situation. Employees on permanent contracts, civil servants, people with seniority naturally leave with good assets. That's not your situation ? Don't panic, you can just as well justify regular income that will appeal to lenders. However, avoid starting the process if you are on a trial period.
